Terms and Conditions

General

  • The minimum stay is two nights up to a maximum of one month
  • Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
  • The accommodations are accessible 24 hours a day
  • The person who books for other guests is responsible for all others he or she registers
  • It is forbidden to smoke or use drugs in the accommodations. If this happens, the landlord will impose a fine of €150,- which must be paid immediately

Payment

  • Rates include GWE, tourist tax and bed linen
  • Guests must pay in Euros within 24 hours of booking and in advance of their stay
  • If we are not in possession of the total amount due on the day of arrival, we are entitled to deny access to the holiday home, without prejudice to the right of Aan 't Heuveltjesbos to full payment of the agreed price (according to cancellation conditions)

Liability

  • We are not liable for: damage and/or injury resulting from staying on our premises; damage and/or injury suffered through the use of the facilities present in the accommodation and on the park (infrared and barrel sauna).
  • We cannot accept any liability for noise pollution, nuisance etc. experienced during your stay in and around the accommodations caused by third parties in the broadest sense of the word.
  • We cannot be held liable if during your stay facilities break down and/or facilities and/or amenities are out of order. However, we will of course do our utmost to have repairs, restoration or replacement carried out as soon as possible and ensure a solution that you are also satisfied with.
  • Of course, the reverse also applies. You can expect quality and reliability from us. If there are any defects or problems during your stay, please let us know immediately so that something can be done about it right away.
  • Have you caused or noticed damage? It can happen. Report it to us as soon as possible.
