Houserules

House rules applicable to all accommodations

  • In all accommodations it is not allowed to smoke or use drugs. If smoking or drugs are used, the deposit will be retained and a fine of €150,- must be paid to the landlord.
  • Parties and events are not allowed in all accommodations. Report any guests to the landlord. Guests are requested to leave before 23:00.
  • Hanging streamers or other types of paper using tape, double-sided tape, nails, thumbtacks, etc. is not permitted.
  • It is wonderful to listen to music, but think of your neighbors! After 23:00 until 08:00 we enjoy the peace.
  • Candles are cozy, but don't leave them unattended.
  • You are obliged to use the bed linen. It is not permitted to take the bed linen and other bedding outside.
  • Indoor furniture must remain inside the house, please leave chairs etc. inside.
  • It is not permitted to gourmet, fry or use an air fryer
  • Bringing and using electrical devices that require a lot of energy (think of heaters/solar lamps etc.) or charging electric cars or other transport is not allowed. Charging electric bicycles is allowed.
  • Possession or use of fireworks is not permitted in any accommodation
  • The accommodations are not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
  • Waste separation is mandatory in this cottage. Please use the designated waste bins in the kitchen.
  • Use by third parties is only permitted if we have given written permission for this.
  • It is not permitted to set up tents and/or swimming pools in the garden.
  • Infrared sauna and barrel sauna; read the instructions and step-by-step plan before use.
